Devon Trip

 Today is our first day back at school after devon.On Monday morning we went on a bus to New Plymouth.It took us around 5 hours to get there but we stopped for lunch on the way.Luckly i was staying with kristin at our billit mikaelas house.We went to town and her mum took us to her work at the stadium, we also went to watch her sisters basketball game.On Tuesday night there was a disco the theme was nion so everyone wore white and glowsticks.Also on tuesday we had all our sports i played netball we won 36-23.I had a really great time at devon and meet heapz of new people.lol.Um even though our bilit talked to much hahaha.

The Maori gods are very different in their own ways and they all have their own symbol. The Māori gods were all related the parents were Ranginui the Sky Father and Papatuanuku mother earth the rest of the Māori gods are their children on the other hand the Greek gods are not as closely related. Even though Ranginui and Papatuanuku had 70 children only 7 are mentioned and all of the 70 children were boys.

Our trip to the museum

Today we went to the Rotorua museum and looked around at all the galleries.The first gallery was about Pukaki we learnt the maori word for treasure and when the  carving was made.The thing i liked about this gallery was the statue of Pukaki.
Gallery2
was about the Te Arawa people and the things that helped them get to Aotearoa.We also learnt about who the adeze (cutting tool) once belonged to.My favourite part was seeing the tool in person.
Gallery3 had lots of things that belonged to the maori ancestors they were fish hooks and a flute.
Gallery4 was about the Pataka the store house where they stored all the food.
Gallery5 was about the things that the Europeans bout over that the maoris had never seen before.
Gallery6 was all about the pink and white terraces and what there maori names are.The maori name for the pink terrace was Otukapuarangi and the maori name for the white terrace is Te Tarata.
Gallery7 was about the soldiers in the b group of the maori battalion that fought in world war 2.We also learnt about Miss new zealand which was Linda Ritchie.
Gallery8 had a carving of Te Rangitakaroro which was originally used as a gate way and in 2001 1 in 9 people were living overseas.
Some of the other rooms were the north wing which was about taking the cure and we did a sketch abot the boy and the dog.We also went in the atic and we went up the stairs to the viewing platform we we learnt that the water was once as high as Mount Ngongotaha.

My weekend

in the weekend i did nothing haha it was soo fun all i did was play with my puppies it was sooooo fun!um i went to shakaylas and kalebs house and keirian gave me some hair extensions

Today Mrs Harvey is away and we have Whaea Piki we have done maths and blogging and we had asembly this morning .

1. Skulla and his gang persisted on getting the diamonds and made Matt start searching,he was convinced he hadnt found anything but he found a diamond in the end and Skulla couldnt take his eyes off of it.But bad news struck and Whakarewarewa exploded, covering Skulla in a clump of boiling mud. Jackson was hurt badly and looked frale,dead.




2. I think that I have done allright this week, i just need to remain focused so I can get my work done. Like I said i have to keep focus because i get distracted easily. I enjoy reading the book because it shows you what bullying and gangs are like and how theyre bad for you. ♥

There was a diamond inside the ponga.

No because she lead the boys into the gangs hands so she probably has some connection with them.

 I think they will be able to make it out with out skulla on his back because I think theyre will be some sort of eruption,since the mud was bubbling heaps so they will keep the jewels and keep investigating.

She see's Zirk checking on her Matt and Jackson, he had been there most of the week. She found a bit of glass that had been half buried in dirt she picked it up and pretended it was the most precious diamond in the world and the Zirk came a bit closer with his binoculars right on them.She hid it again and then waited for him to come and look for it, only to find a bit of broken glass.

2.What is going to happen next?
I think that the geologists will block off the area that they had been in the day before,because something dangerous is going to happen,maybe the eruption.

My weekend!

This weekend was mothers day we went to tenpin bowling and we went out to lunch at the kabab shop.

This morning we had fitness we did a 1k run around the field and around the court then past puarenga and back down the field.My time was 4:45.

Hone was extremely mad because Matt hadnt told Hone about the threats and bullying that the gang had said/done to him, and it was to late by the time Matt told him.

The gang will find Matt hiding in the car scrunching up to the seats, trying to remain unhidden. They tell him that he has ONE last chance to get them something good or he's dead meat. He has to find a way to get a metal detector and finds a time machine. He goes into the future and WA BAM skulla is a elaphant. My Weekend

Well....on the weekend i spent most of my time sitting in the hospital.My brother had a crash into his mate at the skate park.His mate was in hospital as well he had a swelled up eye like a tennis ball.My brother had concussion he got knocked out and couldn't really remember much.The doctor had to come in every half hour to see if he could remember were he was and were we lived.The second time he couldn't remember were we lived he said we lived in iles road. We had to stay there until 11oclock and we hadn't had any dinner i was sooo hungry.He had to have a scan to see if his brain was bleeding or if he needed surgery on his head. his head is bruised and his fingers are swollen.

There are 3 members in skullas gang.

Scott Murry -(Skulla)  is the leader of the gang.He was an extemly good sports player when he was young.But the sawmill where his dad worked burnt down.Skulla then decided to join the gang and gave up on his sports.
Corry Collens (Croak) -Corry has a mohawk he also has tattos on him that represent the gang.His nick name is croak .
Diz(Dennis William )-hone thinks theres something wrong with him.
