E koekoe te tūī, e ketekete te kākā, e kūkū te kererū.

The tūī chatters, the parrot gabbles, the wood pigeon coos.
Its popular meaning ‘It takes all kinds of people...’
The tui is used as a symbol of oratory (speaking)
- It takes all kinds of people to make up the world.
